What is your turn-around time?
Generally our turn-around time is ONE DAY after art has been approved for t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats.

Do you print items other than T-shirts?
YES, We print a wide variety of items. See our promotional products.

Do you have an art department?
YES, we have an award winning art department which can edit your design or create an original design to your specifications.

What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, money orders, certified checks and credit/debit cards

Do you deliver?
We ship UPS, FedEx, or courier, orders may also be picked up at our Baltimore, Maryland showroom.

Do you have embroidery capabilities?
YES, we have a fantastic embroidery department. Normal embroidery turn-around time is 5-6 days.

How should art work be submitted?
Art work can be submitted on disk, camera ready, or film positives. Please see our design guidelines for specifications, or our in-house art department can create artwork for you.

Can you match PMS colors?
YES, there is an additional charge for custom ink matches.

Do you do CMYK (4 color process) printing?
YES, please call us for information on the minimum quantity required for CMYK printing.

What sizes are available?
Most items are available in the following sizes:

ADULT: S (34-36), M (38-40), L (42-44), XL (46-48), XXL (50-52), XXXL (54-56). Sizes 5XL and over are available in many items.

YOUTH: XS (2-4), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (14-16)
